How Does Call Capture Work?

Call Capture runs on your computer and any other computers within your organization. Your computer only needs to connect to the internet for Call Capture to instantly retrieve any contact information associated with the incoming/outgoing caller. Call Capture increases customer service productivity, produces sales leads, alerts you to who's calling when you are away from your phone, improves intercompany communications, and better connects your company to your customer base. Call Capture was designed to work on the Quick Connect USA VoIP network. Other VoIP providers using the Tekelec 6000 VAS should allow for all Call Capture features to work.* * Certain features including automated dialing might not work on non-T6000 providers.
